Returns Policy
We work with a print-on-demand supplier (Printful) to fulfil our orders, so returns are subject to their guidelines. Please read carefully before submitting a return request.
Defective, Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We’ll investigate the issue and ensure any errors on our part are resolved at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, please submit a claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
To report a problem with your order, please contact us directly or submit a problem report.
Return Address & Notifications
All returns are sent to Printful’s facility by default. Once a return is received, you will be notified via email. Please note that unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
If you change the return address from the default Printful facility, you will be responsible for any returns received.
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we’ve confirmed the correct address with you.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that are unclaimed will be returned to Printful, and reshipment costs will be your responsibility.
If you haven’t registered a Printful account and added a billing method, returned orders due to address issues or unclaimed shipments will not be eligible for reshipping and may be donated to charity without refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, face masks and other sealed goods cannot be returned once opened. These items will be disposed of and are not eligible for reshipment or refund.
Buyer’s Remorse or Size Exchanges
Returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges are not accepted, except for customers in Brazil. If you would like to offer returns or exchanges, you would need to place a new order at your own expense.
EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalised goods

Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
Printful reserves the right to refuse returns that fall under these conditions.
